Applied Ingredients is a creative studio founded in 2019. We engaged in interdisciplinary work at the intersection of gastronomy, art and science. Our recent projects are related to the creation of gastronomic performances, as well as developing gastronomic concepts for F&B sector. We did food and cultural related researches for institutions and governments.
Applied Ingredients studio uses food as an artistic medium, emphasizing the specific features of the event without explications. Through the visual image and taste, the participant inevitably comes to the idea laid down by the author. We create gastronomic installations and synesthetic performances where visitors gain a unique experience interacting with edible objects on the physiological, aesthetic and emotional levels.
